My litter robot is not cycling.

I have had my litter robot for a few months now and it has worked perfectly up till now. But just recently, it has developed two issues. In the last few days, I've noticed it isn't sensing my cat's weight anymore. I watched her go in and jump out and the light never turned to "timing" and the app didn't show the cat sensor timing either.
