I found a cargo bulkhead upgrade for my freighter. I thought cool I'll go upgrade my freighter inventory. The bulkhead was in my exosuit inventory. I went to the upgrade terminal and 1 cargo bulkhead let me fully upgraded both my general and technology freight inventories. I doubt you are supposed to be able to do that. Unsure though.

The captains log and crew manifest, you can sell to a scrap dealer. What you want is a cargo bulkhead, which is gained from the terminal in the engineering core of a derilect.
