Tivo v58 error.
Look at cable card menu I see the card and tuning adapter are not paired either. So another call to Cox, they pair the card and tuning adapter and say give it half an hour as they sent update to tuning adapter that will bring other tuners online. Well now its 1.5hrs later. Ive rebooted Tivo and tuning adapter and still only 2 tuners.

Heres a good test to reproduce problems if you have both a Roamio and a Mini: 1) Tune an encrypted channel on the Roamio -- I used A&E. 2) If you try to watch the same channel on your Mini, the Tivo will use two tuners to do so. 3) V58 errors galore every 5-10 minutes on the Mini.

Back then Tivo did add some additional code to deal with the issue much like Silicon Dust did. Getting Tivo Engineering to dedicate resources to making their software work with some misconfigured cable system is another story.
