Flux raider is the chassis the gun attaches to which gives it an extendable brace (if you don't know guns, consider it the "stock" coming out of the back of the gun) and a few features like a push button to drop the empty mag out of the gun and a full mag from the grip reducing reload times.

For suppressed use I have seen full size slides working with a deadair wolfman on the webs, but I haven't even bought a suppressor for my p320 yet, let alone a threaded barrel.

The Raider was designed as a PDW, and is much faster, lighter, and smaller. It is roughly half the size, half the weight, one hand deployable, and holds 40 rounds on the gun in that much smaller package. It is concealable on ones person, or in a very small bag. The MPX recoils a bit less, but with a good comp, the Raider is flat as shit.
