The signals that are getting the V52 errors say there's no signal lock. I had this happen plenty of times. Had to go through the guided setup until it repeated the problem. Replace the cable card as previously recommended, It'll help you out the most. For now, running brand new coax straight from the wall to the Tivo, pending getting a new surge protector. At least the thunderstorms here have been non-stop for the past 48 hours! Anyhow, just wanted everyone to know in case this helps someone! Kupe

Aug 31, 2021 · A tech has just tried to change the splitter and the cables in my house but signal is strong (every channel I test for strength has 94 or 95). The Xfinity people on the phone have send "hits" to the TiVo box but that does not change anything. Our internet still works and we can view Netflix, Hulu, etc over the TiVo Bolt just fine.

We went though all the cable card diag screens and it was syncing and authorized and the signal was strong.
