Based on what we experienced in Dec 2022, it will be many, many days before service is restored. Not acceptable for a COMMUNICATIONS company. last evening we were watching recorded show, and when we finished and returned to live TV - we see the following message on the TV "U-verse is not available at this time". I've restarted the gateway several times and cycled power on the DVR controller several times. Still see the message: "U-verse is not available at this time"The receiver will not re-establish its connection (via cable to ethernet- port 1). The ethernet port shows an amber light and there is no service to that television. The amber light follows the ethernet cable in any port.
